One of the easiest recipes you can do can be also a very fun cook you'll have and later would be a yummy meal to enjoy with your family. Haven’t tried wraps? Here’s the chicken avocado recipe, you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 1-2 boneless, sliced chicken breasts
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 chopped purple onion
- 1 peeled and sliced large avocado
- 1-2 (14-inch) flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients in a cup.
2. Cook chicken and vegetables except the avocado, and grill them with half the oil mix you have made until the chicken is ready.
3. Chop the avocado and put it in a platter
4. Place the grilled chicken and vegetables on the avocado platter and mix.
5. Spread tortillas and place chicken and vegetables mix on them, then add the remaining oil mix.
6. Wrap up.
